How To Buy Dogecoin, Shiba Inu And SafeMoon In Canada?

The Crypto market is always buzzing with energy and news to share. Be it the China crypto crackdown, new Altcoins with a thousand percent returns or papa Musk tweets. It’s all interesting and fun to watch. Sorry for the losses though (Bitcoins getting hammered hard!). But, you know what it’ll recover, just don’t panic sell while in RED.  HOLD it’ll recover! Do not sell in RED. What goes down will eventually go up. It’s just a matter of time and patience. Instead, try to DCA (Dollar Cost Average) the dips. 

While BTC crashed to a low $30,000 (US) today, Ethereum’s taking a beat as well, so why not look at some of the Altcoins? I’m talking about Doge, Shiba Inu and SafeMoon here.

While DOGE is backed by the mighty Elon Musk and Mark Cuban, SafeMoon has a huge community backing of 200K+ Reddit users, 700K+ Twitter followers and over 2M Safemoon token holders. 

I can go on with this, but just look at the returns of DOGE and SafeMoon thus far: 

DOGE: 

DOGE has the 4th highest market cap amongst cryptocurrencies. 

SafeMoon

SafeMoon is relatively a new cryptocurrency launched in March 2021. Since its inception, the token has returns a massive gain of 12,000% before correcting. 

Just in a month, SafeMoon is already at #39, based on the crypto market cap of $5B.

So, it all really depends if you want to invest in DOGE or SafeMoon or both. 

Anyways in this article, I want to let you know how to buy DOGE or SafeMoon in Canada. And the best methods to do so. Let’s begin. 

How To Buy Dogecoin In Canada?

Okay, let’s start with DOGE and then talk about buying the safeMoon. 

Here’s how to buy DOGE coin in Canada:

1. Download the apps Shakepay and Binance (both available on iOS and Android). 

2. Next e-transfer the amount you’re comfortable investing to Shakepay. The money should be deposited in around 5 minutes. 

3. Then log in to Shakepay and buy Bitcoin (BTC)

4. Transfer the BTC you just bought to Binance. Should take around 10 minutes for the transfer to be complete. Make sure you copy the address correctly from Binance and check the email for confirmation upon transfer completion. 

5. Convert the BTC to BUSD

6. Convert BUSD to Buy Dogecoin. 

Yes, the process seems pretty complex when doing it for the first time. Usually, after one or two attempts you will be comfortable. 

How To Buy Shiba Inu In Canada?

First, follow the steps similar to buying a Dogecoin. but, instead of buying DOGE from BUSD, you’ll instead select Shiba Inu in the “to” conversion field on the Binance App. 

Steps Again: 

1. Download the apps Shakepay and Binance (both available on iOS and Android). 

2. Next e-transfer the amount you’re comfortable investing to Shakepay. The money should be deposited in around 5 minutes. 

3. Then log in to Shakepay and buy Bitcoin (BTC)

4. Transfer the BTC you just bought to Binance. Should take around 10 minutes for the transfer to be complete. Make sure you copy the address correctly from Binance and check the email for confirmation upon transfer completion. 

5. Convert the BTC to BUSD

6. Convert BUSD to Buy Shiba Inu. 

How To Buy SafeMoon In Canada? 

While buying Dogecoin and Shiba Inu seems complex at first, buying safeMoon is even more complex than the prior two we’ve talked about. 

In order to buy SafeMoon in Canada, you need to first down an app called “Trust Wallet”. The app is available and free to download from the App Store. 

Once you download the app, make sure you verify with a valid photo ID. 

Follow the steps below to buy SafeMoon in Canada:

1. Download the apps Shakepay and Binance (both available on iOS and Android). 

2. Next e-transfer the amount you’re comfortable investing to Shakepay. The money should be deposited in around 5 minutes. 

3. Then log in to Shakepay and buy Bitcoin (BTC)

4. Transfer the BTC you just bought to Binance. Should take around 10 minutes for the transfer to be complete. Make sure you copy the address correctly from Binance and check the email for confirmation upon transfer completion. 

5. convert BTC to BNB. 

6. Send BNB to Trust Wallet. 

7. Convert BNB to BNB Smart chain tokens. 

8. Make sure the browser is enabled in Trust Wallet (second icon from the left at the bottom of your screen). In case the browser is not enabled yet, simply head over to https://link.Trust Wallet.com/browser_enable in your mobile Safari browser and click [Open].

9. Open the Pancakeswap Version 2.0 from the browser (within the app). Make sure you set the slippage to 12% for the gas limit. 

10. Convert BNB Smart Chain to SafeMoon. (Select the quantity you wish to buy)

Final Words

Please be aware that I am recommending Shakepay in the steps here because I have withdrawn money from them to my bank account and it’s legit.  

You can e-transfer up to 3K dollars at one go from Shakepay. For larger amounts, you need to wire transfer.
