  1. You obviously don’t actually use the service. They used to be good but it is horrible now. I have had to wait hours on the phone while agents that sounded like they were on their first day on the job, struggled to deliver weak service. The online function always ends in a message to phone. I routinely get disconnected. It is awful. I am in process of changing travel credit card strategy.
